About

Hi, I'm Kev.

Running Dad started as a place to write about running, race reports and parkrun. Over time it evolved into something broader.

These days you'll find running stories, SEND parenting experiences, accessibility topics, reviews, humour and occasional observations about modern life.

By day I work in IT infrastructure and occasionally build useful things, which probably explains why I sometimes overthink everything.

The blog is called Running Dad because I am, plainly, a dad who runs. I also run with a buggy, which is either admirable or embarrassing depending on your perspective and how slowly we're going up the hill.

No coaching. No motivational content. No hustle. Just honest writing from someone who runs and means it, most of the time.
